  • We are a fully vertically integrated cannabis company that specializes in seed to finished product.
  • All flower is farm grown by our skilled cultivation staff.
  • All products are produced with extracts derived from house flower and biomass. In some instances we may use an outside vendor for a specific processing requirement if we do not have in-house capability.
  • We utilize advanced equipment that surpasses the performance of most extraction equipment.
  • Our low pressure / low temperature process produces an extract with a wider range of plant constituents that other processes incapable of collecting.
  • We are not a Certified Organic farming operation but will be obtaining this certification in the future.
  • Our farm exclusively uses OMRI listed soil amendments and disease / pest control products and follows recommended practices.
  • Legality of hemp, CBD and cannabis products vary by locality. Please be aware of local laws.
  • All products sold on our website are Farm Bill compliant and have undergone compliance and regulatory testing.
  • If you have a promotional code, please enter this in the appropriate field at checkout.
  • Our gift certificates and account credits do not expire
  • All orders are shipped with tracking and are insured. Most shipping insurance requires the customer file claim with the shipper. We cannot do this for you. 
  • Beyond this, we will do our best to facilitate a rapid replacement of any lost or missing orders.
  • Due to the nature of our products, any product that has left our warehouse can not be resold and therefore can not be exchanged. We recommend you make sure your order is correct befor completion.
  • Our online store accepts major credit cards
  • Products may be replaced in the event of documented transit damage by carrier or for reasons related to manufacturing defect. We do not except product returns otherwise.
